1. Platform identity — CLAIM1 is an independent technology and referral service.
2. Scope of service — connecting buyers with participating sellers, attributing referrals, and administering eligible cashback.
3. Payment model — the buyer pays the seller directly for 100% of the vehicle purchase price. CLAIM1 does not collect the vehicle purchase price. After a successful eligible sale, the dealer pays CLAIM1 a 2% success fee. CLAIM1 then pays the eligible buyer 1% cashback and retains the remainder.
4. Eligibility — users must be of legal age and provide accurate information.
5. Buyer obligations — register eligible vehicles before purchase; provide accurate information; purchase directly from the seller.
6. Seller obligations — maintain accurate listings, confirm sales, and settle the success fee.
7. Platform role — referral, attribution, verification, settlement and cashback intermediary only.
8. No vehicle ownership — CLAIM1 does not own, sell, warrant or deliver vehicles.
9. No guarantee of vehicle condition, seller performance, financing, registration or delivery.
10. Listing accuracy — vehicle information is provided by sellers or third parties.
11. External links — CLAIM1 is not responsible for third-party website content.
12. Referral registration and validity — subject to the referral protection period.
13. Cashback eligibility — subject to the Cashback Terms and not payable until all conditions are satisfied.
14. Success fees — separate from the vehicle purchase price and payable by the dealer.
15. Cancellation and refunds — per the Refund / Cashback Policy.
16. Fraud — fraudulent activity may result in claim rejection and account suspension.
17. Intellectual property — see the IP Notice.
18. Limitation of liability — subject to mandatory applicable law.
19. Dispute resolution — governed by UAE law and jurisdiction.
20. Amendments — CLAIM1 may amend these terms; acceptance is recorded.
21. Electronic acceptance — recorded per UAE electronic transaction requirements.
22. Severability and entire agreement.
